what is to keep us 650 users from flashing the "more stable" and "more up to date" 680 ROM on to the 650?
    1. HTC Touch Dual Neon 300, Stock Rom

    hardware issues.
it is more likely we will just adapt certain programs from the 680. *browser, phone apt, etc etc*
but dumping the entire rom and transferring it to a 650 seems slim to nil.
