    Nothing on Palm or Cingular's site. Let's see what happens by Monday.
    HP has officially ruined it's own platform and kicked webOS loyalists and early TouchPad adopters to the curb. You think after you drop it like a hot potato and mention it made no money and is costing you money, anyone else wants it??? Way to go HP!!

    And some people are fools to keep believing their hype. HP has shown they will throw webOS under the bus and people are still having faith in them??? News flash: if it's own company won't stand behind it, it's finished!

    Still nothing... I wonder if it is going to happen today?
    Treo 180 (T-Mo) --> Treo 600 (T-Mo) --> Treo 180 (T-Mo) --> Treo 650 (T-Mo) --> Treo 650 NC (Cing) --> Treo 680 (Cing) --> Pre (Sprint)

    Cingular is updating their site this am. I can't log on to the phone upgrade section and they've taken other sections off line "temporarily." Looks like they're doing some meaningful updates this morning... I'm still hopeful for today...

    I'm actually looking at the Cingular site - phone upgrade sxn. Though I admit it's not gfood news that the 680 isn't listed among Smartphone products on the PALM site. A late release? OH NO!

    It appears that this rebate form confirms that they are going to require purchase of the PDA Connect ($39.99) data plan for the 680 and 750, at the very least to qualify for full subsidized pricing.

    I'll wait until tomorrow. If nothing new is up on the consumer side for ANY of the new phones that should be out by now on Cingular, back to importers for me. Or the Nokia store.
