I just got mine this week and I must say I'm impressed, coming from a 650.

Here's a couple apps that I found useful, please feel free to add onto this.

Diddlebug - Free - Allows you to doodle and take notes like a notepad. You can also set alarms to each doodle as well. Fun toy, definitely worth keeping around.

Profiles - Free - You can set setting-profiles for your phone. Each profile can be triggered with various events such as plugging in for charging and calendar events. If you need COMPLETE silence during meetings or class or work or anything, this will make your 700p smart on it's own. It will know when to shut up.

Note that I just got mine so I dont have many applications of it yet but that's why I created this thread... To see what is out there. If you do post on here please post descriptions, link and how much it costs...

    I appreciated the post, thanks!
If someone searches Google long enough, they can find all the information they will ever need, thus rendering forums, and conversations, for that matter, obsolete.
Keep sharing tips, some actually like them!

And some of us are still somewhat new and may not know all the cool little programs the old timers do....so I agree!! Thanks for the tip!!

    Let me add some more....

Google Maps (designed for treo) - Free - Just like going to http://maps.google.com but it's in your hand. I just installed it and it works flawlessly for the 700p. You can get directions, see satellite images, the works... And the best part, it's free.

    The best

On Guard Backup - Real time backup of applications and/or their data files
Uninstall Manager - keeps the device a bit cleaner than the default launcher
Resco Backup - excellent backup to SD card application
Butler - bunches of things, I use it mainly for nagging
Preference Doctor - makes recovering from lost preferences a bit easier
Datebook 6 - the appointment dude
TakePhone - the phone dialer dude
2Day - the day at a glance due
    4Cast - weather anyone?
    ZLauncher - the launcher dude
ChatterEmail - when you just have to have the best email application - POP & Push
Google Maps - for those of us who get lost
Directory Assistant - for those of us needing phone book type information
Volume Care - makes a louder device

    Ben
