See TC article at URL: http://www.treocentral.com/content/Stories/936-1.htm

Sure enough, the link recognizes my Treo 600 as a 600 and downloads the GoogleMaps.prc. When "open" or "save" is selected, it thinks for a bit then says "Error: The data was not accepted. (0x1508)" [ErrorCode maps to "exgErrBadData
"]. Upon closer inspection, it appears the download jumps from around 330KB (of 426KB) to "done" rather quickly - so it may be that the download doesn't actually completely arrive...

Anyone with a Treo 600 had success yet?

Nope! I experienced the exact same thing as you did! I tried it twice, but no dice! What up with that? It says the 600 should work!

The .prc is also available to non-Treo's (e.g. your PC) at that URL.
I was able to get it downloaded from their followed by a Sync.

BTW, it's very useful even on my GPRS-only Treo 600 on T-Mobile...
