    I installed TCPMP on my treo 700p and want to watch some .wmv files I have saved on my computer. I converted them to .mpeg and also .avi but a 3.5mb .wmv file comes out to like 20mb with either .avi or .mpeg. If anyone else is converting .wmv files what are you converting them to, and what software are you using to do it? I just don't want a small file like that to take 20mb of space!

    Thanks for any help/advice

    DivX is perfect on the treo with that player.

    There are freeware options out there, but Pocket DVD Studio is very easy and fast. It can convert wmv to avi divx

    Treo 600 > Treo 650 > Treo 700p > Treo 700wx -> Mogul -> Touch Pro
    You may like to flash, but your phone shouldn't. LED Killer

    Thanks I will give that a try and see how it works!

    ok thanks, but that first link was just one post that had nothing to do what what I asked.....and the second post didn't really help much either. I appreciate you using the search button (like I did, I'm sure I missed a few posts relating to my question) but neither of those really did anything for me.

    VEMODE and SUPER are really good free apps to convert video files.
