So, I dropped my 650 earlier. I knocked it off my desk onto the floor...maybe 2 1/2 feet. It shut off, but the red LED light and keyboard were lit up. After 15 minutes of it not responding to anything I did a soft reset, and the screen came back on, but then quickly faded out to all white. Then I took out the battery, put it back in and now nothing. The battery was at like 85%, so I don't think that's the problem. It now is totally unresponsive to anything. it doesn't even respond to my charger or sync cable.

Is my poor Treo dead? With all the problems I've had with Treos, I'm almost just as happy to get rid of it.

I have tried all the resets. As I said, it is totally unresponsive to anything.

Have you tried removing and re-inserting the SD and SIM cards (if you have a GSM phone)? A loose SIM card can cause funny things to happen.

try draining the battery and when it does put it in the cradle and wait a few minutes and do a soft reset...

this might straighten out the electricalcicuits of your treo
