I know that you can print out the full month calendar and a list of events in Palm Desktop, but is there a way to print the "Week View"? Very handy as I just PDF it and send it out to people as needed.

Not the most elegant way, but yeah, that's what I've been doing. Makes lousy PDFs though.

Not sure if what you're wanting to do is available in Outlook, but if so, you could use SwitchSync Ex to sync with both Palm Desktop and Outlook and print from there. Same thing with Missing Sync (so I've heard, I haven't bought it yet) and iCal.

Which version of Palm Desktop are you using?

With Palm Desktop 4.1.4, when in the calendar, at the bottom, I've got 4 tabs: day, week, month and year.

And when I do File->Print, I have print options: "Today", "Dates (with date range) and Month.
