Messaging is your SMS log. Graffiti2Library is the unused graffiti library--you only use it if you have a utility such as GraffitiAnywhere, but it's in ROM and won't delete anyhow. Sorry, don't recognize any of the others...

The best way to make sure that you've gotten rid of all unnecessary files is to (I do this once or twice a year):
    1. Rename your /Palm/<username>/Backup directory (to, say, Backup.old)
    2. Hard reset your Treo (delete all data)
    3. Hotsync; that'll load your PIM data, but no 3rd party software
    4. Reinstall (either from Backup.old or download fresh copies) only those apps that you really want.

There's a program by NorthGlide called "Cleanup", what that does is cross reference creator IDs of files with a database of installed applications. It will enumerate files whose creator IDs don't match up with any installed applications and allow you to delete them. Be careful not to delete any system components though, they show up too.
