    I've been having this issue since july, I don't get notified if I have voice mail. either by the envelope or the full screen that says you have new voice mail. I have called sprint 8x and each time they have tried to fix it it has lasted for 1-5 days and then I don't get notified. My phone was tested at the sprint store and had no problems. Any ideas how to resolve this ?

    Tell us what utilities you have installed, that will help identify if one of them is intercepting the voicemail notification.

    If it is happening without any third party software installed, I think they owe you a new 700p.

    I would hard reset and see if that fix the problem first.

    Of course hotsync first.

    I have very few programs on my 700p and I have not installed anything since the problem started, in fact I have not installed anything since the inital setup.
