    My OnDemand upgraded yesterday. Then, it kept telling me that my trial has expired and I need to purchase it. The thing is, my trial expired on teh 26t and I already purchased it. So when I click purchased, it's showing that I'm already subscribed to it and it's in my content manager.

    So, i called tech support and eventually they made me to a hard reset and that got it to work. But it looks like I'm back on a trial basis. Anybody have any suggetions?

    call up sprint and have them cancel your on demand, then when the trial ends, sign up again.
