    I'm getting this error message when I sync...

    "Satellite Forms is not properly installed. Repair the installation or run the original Satellite Forms installer HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Pumatech, Inc.\Satellite Forms 5.2."

    I've searched forums and Google but have not found any answers. Nor could I locate that file on my hard drive but I think it's a registry file so maybe you can't find it with Explorer.

    I'm starting to think this is something old that isn't even supposed to be on here any more!

    Can anyone help?

    search the registry if you think it is a registry file and by the looks of things I am pretty sure it is.

    Sorry to be such a dope but don't know how to do that.

    And should I just delete the stupid thing?

    Start---->

    Run--->

    in the dialog box type "regedit" (without quotes)

    Hit Enter

    Hit F3

    Type "Satellite forms 5.2"

    When it comes up, highlight pumatech on the left in the tree (assuming you have no other software from them) and hit delete.

    Reboot and my guess is this would fix that issue.
