    I have 700P Verizon.
I get .wav files sent to me all the time via email and cannot seem to get any app to get them to play.
    I have tried:
    pTunes (doesn't recognize them)
    mRing (just doesn't work)

LightWav. I thought that would work (WAV in the name!!!). It sees them sometimes, but doesn't play them...no error message, just no sound (checked volume, etc...it plays .mp3's no problem). I loaded the .wav plugin, but still no luck. Weird that the .wav plugin just sits on my app desktop though. I tried to click on it in case it needed to install, but it doesn't do anything.

    Any ideas?

    thanks

Great little ringtone ap for sure, thanks.

Still not playing my .wav files.

They come in as attachments on ChatterEmail. They appear in these applications, but never play.

It might be the way my .wav's are formatted?

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Download the .wav file on your computer and transfer it to your SD Card. Minitones will locate the file and then you can select. it.

I was using miditones for some ringtones and it was making some weird buzzing sound...is this normal?

Coincidently, I just had a voicemail notification set up today at my office that sends a WAV file to my Treo 700P. Our new phone system is from M5 Networks, and it is some sort of VOIP. The WAV is attached to an email that plays on Windows Media Player when you access the file on a computer. When you download a copy of the email to Versamail, the attachment plays on something called Wave Player. What is it?
