This can be fixed by installing the j9secpol.prc file from any of my widgets (check signature). I hacked that last year so I wouldn't get the prompt any more.

Repeating requests to use data - My Palm T|X asks only the first time but perhaps the Treo is different? I hope there is a way around it as I can imagine that it would be very annoying. Perhaps I should invest in a Treo as well.

User manual - I hear you. Work is in progress.

Buttom buttons - That's WEME JVM doing it and there seems to be no easy way to hide them I will look at whether replacing all the commands with on-screen butttons would remove them and but that also mean a lot of code changes.

5-way control - Should be no problem changing them to work more like Blazer. Will also look into some issues (sluggishness.)

Text entry - I'm working on direct text input so you can just type into the page. Minuet supports this feature for BlackBerry, but Java is weak when it comes to support for keyboard. So the key code for each platform is different, and I need to map each and every key for the Palm. Perhaps another reason to get a Treo.

Tabs - You can go to the tabs by selecting the TABS command. I'm working on a TAB bar under the title bar so it would work more like FireFox.

Image loading - There used to be this option but I removed it when cleaning up the set-up menus. I'll put it back.

    Excellent idea!

Overall looks very nice. No crashes for me and real fast.
    Yes, see my previous post.

Installing j9secpol.prc seems to have done the trick for Minuet as well. Thanks for the tip! There is a j9secpol.prc file that comes with the WEME for Palm simulator, which is also free. If anyone needs any help with that, please drop me a line at support@triprince.com

Nice to see that development is rolling along. Even though I wish it were not a Java app, I am guessing that for many [modern] browsing solutions, the PalmOS is left with this route.

Guess I need to figure out if I can put Java into a custom ROM now, no way I am letting it eat my RAM all up.

Minuet PDA Edition has been released and is now on sale. (Can I say where? Well, it's the usual places.)

I've managed to implement some of the good suggestions from you guys, such as direct text input and Blazer-like cursor scrolling. The beta trial has now ended. Thanks again for all your great inputs!

Still having this problem. Also, the speed of loading pages is still slow compared to Xiino or Opera.
