    I use the built-in calendar app on my Cing 650 to schedule calls across many time zones. For instance, yesterday I had a calls to:
    - Nairobi at 6pm their time, 10am NY time;
    - Vladivostock at 9am today their time, 6pm yesterday NY time;
    - Delhi at 5:30 pm their time, 9am NY time

    In every case, I created the appointment in the remote location time zone, and it appeared at the correct NY time in the Treo's calendar app.

    Then, when I synced to Outlook, the Delhi and Nairobi appointments appeared correctly in Outlook, but the Vladivostok appointment did not - it shows up at correclty in the Treo but offset 2 hours (to 8pm) in Outlook.

    I tried looking at Palm's support database but you know the result of that.

    Any ideas on how to troubleshoot/solve?

    Maybe something wrong because of summer time?

    I tried turning off Summer time for the Vladivostok time zone. Now it shows the wrong time in the Treo and the right time in Outlook. So it must be something with the way the Treo's time zones work with the Outlook conduit.

    Strange that it's only for that particular time zone, though.
