    Ok, OK....Like one of these threads said, I found a wav file, e-mailed it to myself, opened it up, and gadzooks it was there, and played perfectly.This thread said the wav would be added to my available ringtones but its not there. Am I missing a step?

    What do you mean by it "played perfectly"? What did you play it with? Were you not given a choice of which application would open it?

    When I tapped on it the first time it just played with the wav player. I tryed the whole operation again and it did give me that option...soooooo I selected the "sound" option, it transfer it and yehaaa...I'm GOOD TO GO!!! Thanks for the consult.

    If you tap on the file name it will play the wav file. If you tap on the file icon, it will give you the option of what program to open the file with.
