So my zero button is only works sometimes. The "feel" is normal. All the other keys seem ok so I'm guessing a bad membrane switch.

I see cheap new keyboards on EBay. Its unlocked Palmone and out of warranty.

Anyone changed one .. how hard is it? I'm an electronics engineer so not too scared, but if someone else has been there that would sure help!

    Thanks!

Are you sure that's the problem. I've heard of small particles of dust which get trapped under there and produce inconsistency in the contact.
