Could someone please verify that Cingular's server (that the phone connects to) is down?

I can connect to my PC via the web site, but not from the Treo :-(

Ha Ha! I am waiting for our server to switch to Exch. Server 2003 (with a better Webaccess) before trying Chatter.

I'll miss the Outlook Calendar Sync, though, unless you are able to add that.

Called Cingular data services. This is a known issue since 7/26.
The trouble ticket # is TT-000003313753

Would have saved me all the aggrevation if Cingular had outage information on their web site !!! Grrrrr.

LOL! Well, at least when the service is up you should get great response time!

I'm sure that I would have replied if my Xpress Mail actually worked. Every time I launch the program on my desktop it just crashes. It's been doing that ever since I updated to the newest release.

I stopped using Xpress Mail and switched to Chatter, which is reliable and has Exchange plugin.

    It is not free, though.

thanks aprasad. i'll try chatter. i tried once again today and didn't have ANY success. if chatter works, i don't mind paying for the service.

Currently, Chatter will access your e-mails using the Outlook Web Access settings.

Another developer (www.moxsi.com) is working on an add-on to Chatter that will sync the Address Book and Schedule information from Outlook.

Some here are using Chatter for e-mail and Activesync (via Versamail) for Contacts and Calendar.
