Can someone point me directly to any application that will capture any Visor screen shot, then upload it to my PC? There's a buzz going around my college about Visors and what they can do, so I'm putting together a presentation/seminar to show mine off and answer questions.

    Thanks.

Why not use POSE to do the stuff you wanna show? Its much easier to do screenshots, also saves the effort of uploading. =)

Enter "POSE" into Google, and this was the first listing:

The trouble with POSE is that you need a ROM image file for it to operate, and it is illegal to purchase or trade them.
The legal method is to copy the ROM that is in one's Palm via the hotsynch cradle.
The trouble is that this is difficult for a Visor with a USB cradle.

The developer's forum here at VisorCentral has a couple of threads about work-arounds.

Is there a version of POSE specifically for Visor owners? It would be nice if the PC screen showed a Visor skin around the Application screen.

Secondly, does POSE include a simple way to capture palm 160x160 screens or the whole device AND the screen to the clipboard?

    Thanks

Having read this topic, I went and downloaded pose, and the accompanying skins. The skins allow you to put a Handspring surround to the Emulator. As for the screenshots, it captures the Palm OS screen contents, not the skin surrounding it. Pretty fun to play with. I loaded one of my games into it, and had fun with the debugging errors.

Another option for taking screenshots is BugMe!Messenger from http://www.bugme.net
It lets you e-mail screenshots as well as upload them via a conduit.
