    Help!

I can no longer access my Tasks from Treo without it rebooting? I have 2Day and DateBk6 installed and have since then deleted DateBk6. Still no luck.

I can create new tasks in 2Day but there's no way for me to see all my tasks in one list. I also have ZLauncher installed. Has anyone else experienced this problem or know of any possible solutions? Any good ToDo replacements that I can try that will use the same ToDo database as the native App?!

    Thanks.

Sometimes the Treo gets confused if the legacy DB and the DB-Pxxx db's get 'out of sync'. DateBk6 and Agendus use the new dbs.

Do a backup then try either:

    1. dbscan (Tool from the maker of DateBk6). There are a couple of diagnostic and repair options available here.
    2. Delete your ToDoDB. You should not lose anything as DateBk6 was using the TasksDB-PTod db. Note that you can use dbscan to do this but I have found sometimes it reports the native db as 'missing'.

THanks for the tip but neither one seems to have worked. Treo still reboots when I hit the Native Tasks app. Where did the ToDODb and TasksDb-PTod DB came from? I'm guessing ToDoDB came from DateBk6 and TasksDb-PTod is the native Treo DB? How do I get them back in sync?! Thanks!

No, both ToDoDB and TasksDb-PTod are products of your device; ToDoDB is the old-style ToDo database that's created from TasksDb-PTod every time an app which still uses the old database asks for it. It's natural for both to be there.

    Follow these directions.

DateBk6 didn't cause your problem, by the way.

No luck... I tried everything and eventually had to do a hard reset.

The good news is that my Treo is now flying and switching between apps no longer take 2-3 seconds! Also gave me a chance to clean out all those leftover files from apps that I tried and uninstalled.
