I saw this guy at the gym today with a Visor managing his workout.

Does anyone know the name of the software? Suggestions?

    Thanks!

a couple of years ago I tried several types of Gym Software, but none were very good. I have been using Quicksheets Spreadsheet to keep track of my workouts.

I also hear that Vivonic is very popular. But I think it is overkill for me...with the nutrition stuff and all

i'd recommend workout tracker, available at palmgear. by far the best i've played with. prefer it over vivonic.

My sister and I both have the Vivonic software and have found the "dietlog" software indespensible for loosing that 10 extra pounds. I have found the "exerlog" to be worthless for tracking workouts and have deleted off the visor. The exerlog seems to be a weightloss tool that allows you to track calories burned better than to log ones workout progress. I have not yet looked for a better workout log.

Has anyone tried the Body for Life Assistant?

"This software is designed to aid in completing the Body for LIFE program. Nearly all aspects of the Body for life program have been incorporated into this easy to use program. Customization of weights, exercises, meals and supplements is also available."

Does anyone know if there are any programs to help out with yoga routines? I'm just getting started, and would like a something a little more flexible than a book. I recently saw a "Yoga Deck" in the bookstore that looked like it could translate to a program fairly easily. You would be able to randomly select certain positions, etc.
