    GoodGuy,

    As a legacy Nextel account rep, I only recently got my Treo issued, a 650 for now. I got my GoodLink account opened very easily and everything has been working perfectly until two days ago. My Outlook and GoodLink now sync only every hour or so, and I get this error after trying to send email out.


    "Host Email System

    103: Your host email system is inaccesible. For help, please contact your email administrator."


    When I go to PREFERNCES > STATUS, it shows a a Session 5 error and also says "Exchange not accessible by GoodLink" I tried reprovisioning the device, but that didn't fix the problem.


    Funny thing is, my BlackBerry on our BES is still working fine.



    Any help would be very greatly appreciated as I'm always trying to push Treo and Good.

    You need to open a support ticket through your tech support system.

    I am having the same problem. My support team has no clue what is wrong. Any guidance on where I should point them. They think I am having a CDMA issue with my phone. I know it is an issue with our Good Server.
