My original Cingular treo650 somehow came with no cingular logo on the case which was great! However my 650 has fallen victim to the stress fracture problem that many on this forum have seen so I bought a replacement casing from ebay. This one however has the cingular logo on it. Does anyone know how to remove it while leaving the blue metallic paint intact?

Also I was wondering if you guys who have painted your treos could recommend a good paint and some tips on technique for it. I want to get a matte black finish like this guy http://kevintan.smugmug.com/gallery/1558308

Heres a picture of my treo and the new case:

edit: It turns out that kevin tan guy at smugmug didn't paint it, he took it to some pushcart at the mall and they "Gmasked" it. Basically its a big sticker!

Are you sure that's not a Black Tie? Because it still looks amazing, even if it is a sticker...

Here is an article on rubberizing the side grips of the treo. You might be able to apply this to the whole case, which would be really cool.
