Today I updated a Treo 650's firmware to 1.20, which went smoothly, apart from the fact that I now can't restore the data. Here's the sync log:

How much memory do you have left? From the log it appears you're lacking memory space sufficient to install additional software during the sync. Try manually installing the applications one by one. It could also be a software application was corrupted during back-up.

Thanks for your response. I'm not sure exactly how much memory I have left - I haven't installed the utility yet. However, it seems strange to me that I wouldn't have enough memory, as this is a comlpete hardware reset, onto which I want to restore my old data (which used to fit before the update).

I haven't installed any additional software - I only use the applications that come bundled with the phone, so there's nothing to install seperately. Specifically which part of the log implies that I have insufficient memory, and what are the workarounds to get my stuff restored? It's really just text messages, call logs and settings that I'm looking to restore...

    Cheers,

    Graham
