I bought a used Cingular based Treo 650 but when I went to 2 different Verizon stores to have my current phone account put into the treo they both told me it was impossible. Is that true? Or are the reps at these stores just not educated on how to do it....

Verizon to Sprint - Yes, you can.
Verizon to Cingular - No, it's the network.
Cingular to T-Mobile - Yes, get more.
T-Mobile to Cingular - Yes, raises the bar.
Nextel to any major carrier - No, it's not done.
