    Hey everyone, I'm a long time cingular customer and just moved over to Sprint for the Treo 700p. I went online and changed the generic username Sprint gave me to somthing else but its not updating on the phone. When I go into the phone info screen it still shows my old username and won't let me get online anymore. Is there any way to force the phone to sync with the network and download the new user info? Thanks!

    Try this:

    - dial ##3282# (##DATA#)
    - hit the menu key to open the 'options' menu
    - select "update vision profile"

    This should 're-provision' Vision on your phone, any changes you made online will likely download to the phone.

    If updating your vision profile doesn't work, you might just have to wait a while. Sometimes, it takes a while for your phone to realize you changed your vision username. When I changed my vision username on my old 8100, I had to wait about 4 or 5 hours before my vision was working again.
