I am trying out the latest rev of Versamail (Email) on the Treo 700p. I have it enabled etc, but when new mail arrives it does not show the icon for email. You have to go into the Email app, the screen seems to refresh, you see new mail messages. If you then go to 2Day, the icon pops up.

Seems like 2Day doesnt know there is new mail unless Versamail is refreshed.

    Ideas?

    This was reported.
Seems they changed something (for the worse ?) in the interface they defined for VersaMail...
I will try to recreate this with the simulator.

    Hi all,

    A new version - 1.51 (025) - is at www.shsh.com/beta

    - Versamail: When working with auto-fetching & alert, Versamail seems to not update it’s ‘Unread’ counter until it is launched, so 2day would not show the correct count. This was fixed and now it shows “(*)” as a hint that there are new unread mails, and you need to launch Versamail to see them.

    Thanks !
