After walking through some issues w/ Sprint this evening I performed a hard reset. My On Demand now works and my web speeds are faster by 50-100k.

Problem: I have lost my old bookmarks in blazer and my Favorites used with the 5-way navigation button. I renamed the backup folder to ensure a fresh hard reset. Is there a file from the renamed backup folder that I can copy into the new backup folder that will enable me to re-instate my bookmarks and Favorites? Please help...(I tried a search on this before posting!)

Why there sure is. In your renamed backup folder, look for these 2 files...

    Blazer_Bookmarks.pdb
    PhoneFavorites2DB.pdb

Double click em, this will load them into the Palm quick install tool for syncing to your Treo.

Blazer bookmarks and phone favorites can be a pain to re-create if you loose them all. I am a big SMS user and have a long list of user made canned messages that I would not want to re-create either. With that, another useful file to restore is SMS_QuickText, this is where those canned messages are stored.
