    This is something that at first I chalked up to my fat fingers not fully pushing the button. However, that isn't the case.

    My "L" key works sporadically. Sometimes it will function normally, and other times I have to push it two or three times just to get it to spit out one measly L. I make sure to fully depress the button, with no success.

    I realize this is a relatively minor issue, but it's a pain in the *** when you quickly type out a text message, email, or web address, only to see that all L's have been omitted.

    The best part is that this issue got worse immediately after my 14 day return period expired. I have full insurance coverage with Sprint... is this something I can get it swapped out for?

    Yes, you should be able to get a replacement if you have insurance.
