I have downloaded the installed the new Express for my Verizon 700P.

It goes through the install, does the download of content based on my zip code. Then, when I try to launch it, I get the famous 700P white screen of death (WSOD) - you need to do a soft reset to get it back up.

Anybody else have this or know a solution?

Not sure I can help. I have a Sprint Treo 650 and Handmark Express has worked great for over a year now.

How did you install? To phone or card? As I remember, I insatlled to phone and the product itself put the data files on the card.

You might Private Message Matt from this thread -- it appears he got it to work on a Verizon 700P:

Did you install over the air or by down load?

This thread has some interesting thoughts:

Interesting paragraph on userid -- you need a new userid for the 700P apparently. Could this be an issue causing the WSOD?

I haven't been able to get pocket express or ondemand to work. They both give me a White Screen of Death.

I have pocket express on Verizon and it works great. I signed up for the premium version because the maps are the best (better than kmaps) and directions are easier to read. Also, the telephone directory is the best for palm...unless someone knows one better.
