    I forgot my passkey for synching my Treo Bluetooth headset to my Treo 650!
    What do I do?

    you'll have to buy a new phone and a new headset. no hope. or read the manual... your choice. did you try 0000?

    0000 is the default key for Bluetooth headsets. Ben

    Maybe you can hard reset and start over...

    Or you can delete the profiles and re-pair the headset...

    Or maybe like grundler said, read the manual...

    There are so simply too many options you have to list them here

    What can I say, I'm a guy and everybody knows, guys don't read directions.
    Now everybody knows that my passkey is 0000...will the gov't start listening in on my secret conversations?

    You, me, and a million other people all use 0000. As stated, it is the default.

    Yep, that it is. The file to delete to start the whole paring/trusted devices thing over again is Bouetooth Device Cache.

    Uh, I don't know about the government, but now that I know your passcode, I certainly will

    The only way the headset will even pair with another device is if it is in the appropriate mode. I think you're safe.
