I'd like to do a hard reset on my Treo 700p and manually reinstall just a handful of apps, rather than restore an entire backup from the PC or my SD card. However, I don't want to have to manually re-enter all of my speed dial info. Is there a data file in RAM that contains the speed dial info that I can manually back up and then restore after the hard reset?

    Much thanks,

The file in RAM called PhoneFavorites2DB is the favorites database. You should see this in your backup folder on your computer or you can use a program like Filez to see it on the Treo.
    Main Phone: Treo 270/600/650/700w/700p/750v/Motorola Q/iPhone
    Tried but sold: Motorola Q/Nokia E61/700wx/HTC TyTN/Treo 680
