    I'm on verizon...

tried my trusty sony 660 (worked perfectly on my i730) and it would drop BT connection to the headset mid-call...

Next went to the Plantronics 640... pairing issues. Once on the call it's fine, but you have to manually connect BT again when you want to make a call or receive... doesn't stay connected...

After all the raves I just got the Jx-10 - would pair and connect, but would not transfer audio the the treo. Tried various methods/fixes - nothing... it just went back for an exchange...

I've just come back to palm from the ppc world, but the BT is a HUGE disappointment on the treo... and an expensive disappointment, too...

    “Clem”

Regarding your response to this case.

I asked you if you are aware of the problems that users were having between their 700p and their bluetooth headsets and I provided the below attached links. You did not answer that question.
Please respond to that that question.

I did not report to you in the initial message that I was unable to pair with a bluetooth headset but yet you offered the below attached solution.

While I do not have a bluetooth headset at this time because none of them would operate correctly with the 700p I will be trying another brand in the near future.

I look forward to your response to the questions asked here.

This is why customer support is so bad. No one acknowledges that there is a pairing problem with the 700p and bluetooth headsets. More to come.

My SE HBH-662 also disconnects after a while (the headset icon went back to the bluetooth icon)... I haven't had it dropped during calls yet, but I haven't had a long conversation on my 700p yet, just got the phone yesterday.

The Treo 650 worked way better in the BT department... also, neither phone shows names of caller on the HBH-662 caller ID display, just phone numbers.

BT disconnecting is kindda a very serious problem to me as I kindda rely on it to receive calls, I usually don't actually take my phone out, just answer it with my headset...
