    I have called Sprint 4 times.. transferred each time 2 -3 times and cant find anyone I feel really knows about the PAM situation.

    Does have anyone have a successful number/contact person to call?

    I was told it required a separate Internet provider; someone on here told me that was false information. Who knows... the Sprint reps don't seem to have much information about it.

    Thanks. I would think the ISP is SPRINT.....

    but Thats my point. I need someone who KNOWS!

    This is NOT true. I finally got my PAM plan and everything is working fine.
