Only respond if you had a Treo 650 and upgraded to a 700p.

The 750 is sweet!! Built-in WiFi, BT 2.0, 256MB RAM, sliding keyboard, 5MP camera, no antenna,, super slim, and it comes with Skype and SlingPlayer! I'm glad I upgraded from my 700p!

Would help if the Poll had the right model number, but yeah, if the 750 has built in wifi, BT2.0 and a really good battery life, then I'd be glad to upgrade. The 700P is nice even just for the EVDO. Loading pages on the 650 was a pain.

    I like the built-in GPS.
    Just call me Berd.

The 750 rocks! The 700p was so slow, had no processing power and was full of bugs when Palm released it. The 750 is so much better.

    Done ...
You've got me going there. I thought they've just released the new Treo for GSM with more memory (over 700p) and wifi.

Darn. I was about to call Sprint Retentions and tell them I can get a 750P from Verizon for $250.

I keep falling for these Palm upgrades. Buggy and with minor improvements to say the least.

Blazer - still sucks while it is better than the last two (from the 600) it is still far from perfect. THe cache is still slow. On xiino you can instantly go back and forward. It tries to render the page in Blazer even though it is in cache.

Signal Strength- with the 650 I used to get a decent sprint signal at work. Not it is roaming on Verizon.

Beam - I have heard it is weaker but I cannot get it to work at all.

Battery Drain - Used to have 60-70% left after work with the 650. Now 30% it could be due to the roaming though.

Evdo - Broadband my $%* I can barely get above 200. I was getting 115-130 with the 650.

Speed - Lots of lags and white screens

Wake up - SOmetimes it doesn't want to wake up without a soft reset

Volume and Vibrate - much weaker than the 650

I think it is going back before the two weeks are over.

Couldn't agree more. I'm also not a fan of the yellowish tint to the LCD.

On the plus side, Blazer is better, EVDO is faster than 1xRTT, the camera is better (who cares) and the earpiece sounds better.

So far I am happy. EVDO makes this Treo really useful.

Pretty strong vote in favor so far. Any more votes?

Overall, happy with upgrading from 650 to 700p.

    Pros:
    EVDO + cached Blazer browser.
More memory (although 60MB available is still meager, imho).
    FAT32 SD.
AAC/M4A audio file support (but WAV support is flaky compared to 650).
True bluetooth headset support (now Moto HS-810 works like it should).
Incentive to call Sprint Retention (said considering switching to Verizon's $400 750p and got 15% + $15 off per month. =)) - if no discount, NOT worth it, imho.
Included stereo earbuds that double as wired hands-free set.

    Cons:
The 700p has a slight yellow tint compared to 650.
QLaunch resets the Treo when trying to reassign a button.
Green button doesn't act like a true phone button (phone hardbutton is a waste). But you can fix with LudusP.
SprintTV sucks. But freeware Orb with broadband makes up for it.
Can't map custom launcher with home button (use Zlauncher beta to fix).
