    How picky is Best Buy on replacing products through their extended warranty program?

    I have a 600(been replaced once)that the earphone jack is going/gone out on.

    However the 600 itself as a small chipped piece on the front face place(top right corner near ringer button).

    Is Best Buy very picky when it comes to damage?
    They were easy to deal with on the first swap, over a year ago.

    Anyone with any experience(don't want to end up having to pay for a 600)
