I'm playing with Midp (j2me) and I found a maybe annoying issue. What happens is that despite the display resolution of my Treo is 320x320 the applet is shown as 160x160 (Canvas.getWidth(),Canvas.getHeight()). And the pixels are visibly doubled.
I read that this is a feature of PalmOS and I clearly IBM Java VM, the virtual machine I'm using, is using it. I'm wondering if there is a way to say to the virtual machine to not to use it and so having Java MIDLets at 320x320.

Any info?

Thanks for the help, chr
