    Somehow (I have no idea how), my IMAP account in Chatter was deleted. When I try to create it again in Chatter, I receive the following message: "There is already an Account using that server and login name; duplicates are not permitted." That makes sense -- but I do not see the account and cannot use it! So, how can I either (1) truly delete the account so I can create it again, or (2) regain access to the account which perhaps has not really been deleted?
