I installed a trial version of VolumeCare on my Treo 650. I don't find it useful to me and would like to delete it. However, I cannot delete it from either Zlauncher or from the Palm App. When attempting to delete from the Palm App, I just get the message: Unable to delete Application VolumeCare. When trying to delete from ZLauncher, it just won't delete. If I try to delete from the File Manager, I get the error, "Protected Database" unable to delete Any ideas out there?

    Did you disable it?

Disable it (uncheck the box at top of the screen, do a soft reset, then delete the application.

Good call! That is exactly right for most versions of VolumeCare. http://discussion.treocentral.com/im...lies/smile.gif

I am always very curious about people's impressions and experiences. Even if they are negative, they are important to me. Would you please send me an email at support@GoTreoSoftware.com with your thoughts and impressions? I would even appreciate the opportunity to speak to you on the phone. When you write to me please include your phone number so we can touch base.
