Have been using VersalMail to sync exchange calendar, and it seems, well, rough.

    Here's my latest unusual finding:

If you create a new calendar item on the Treo by going to the date in the calendar and typing in the time for the appointment, then save it and sync it, the event shows up in Outlook, but the time is indicated as "free" (it doesn't "block it out").

Meanwhile, if you create a calendar item by tapping a blank line on the calendar page and typing it in, then sync via versamail, the event shows up in Outlook, but the time is indicated as "busy" (which is correct).

Completely baffling behavior. Anyone know how to actually talk to the Versamail product people to find out more about this, or let them know about this bug? I've tried before, and always get routed to Sprint support, which knows nothing about the software...

Thanks, have been through all of this info already, and there is nothing useful (nor any contact info for palm or the versamail folks)..
