Avatars? Back then, we didn't have no stinkin' avatars. Just text...and usually only uppercase.

Yes, things have definitely improved since I first joined. That's partly why I haven't posted much...been too busy catching up on all the new apps and cool things I can do with my Treo. But sites like TreoCentral and others have been an awesome resource and this site in particular is a great community of people.

Welcome back, Your dreams were your ticket out. Welcome back, To that same old place that you laughed about.

Well, the names have all changed since you hung around, But those dreams have remained and they've turned around.

Who'dve thought they'd lead ya? (Who'dve thought they'd lead ya?) Back here where we need ya? (Back here where we need ya?)

Yeah, we tease him a lot, Cuz we've got him on the spot. Welcome back.

Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back. Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back.

    * Additional lines in the song during the closing credits:

Welcome back. We always could spot a friend. Welcome back. And I smile when I think how you must've been.

Hey good old John Sabastian. I sort of know him. He provides some of the equipment when I'm in the recording studio. My engineer is very good friends with him. He comes to the studio all the time. Good guy.

    And now:
My 700P will be better than your 700p!

    Signed,
    The n00b!

    P.s. Bow before me!

Don't just see the n00b, be the n00b! Wait, no...

It's funny, but now that the wait is over for the announcement, the next couple of weeks (til the release date?) are gonna seem reaaaaally long!

BigTex, thank you. I somehow think you realized I wasn't against a 700P but someone had to keep the straight and narrow on the rampant rumors.

I apologize also for my harsh words toward you. Lets just be friends and get along.

Hey...just figured that if Welcome Back Kotter's lyrics could be quoted (and re-quoted) then an old classic like Bingo could, too...

DDDdduuuuuuuuddeeeeeeeee, stop the merry go round and get off. Well, not get off like that but get off. I am at the home of the Murray Brothers golf tourney this weekend and I am out of my mind. Doom, you gotta get here. I am in your neighborhood for 12 more hours. Go to World Golf Village and have an Arnold Palmer on me.

About 2 seconds (or twice as long as it will take for the first Treo 700P owner to get on TC and complain once he or she has their new phone)...
