    For the second Treo, the headset when I plug it in they can't hear me.

    If I bend it a little they hear. I can't keep it bent. Air pressure? Bend the connector? New Treo?

    You might try another headset. Sounds like the wiring might be defective, in which case bending the cable might be causing the broken wire to touch & temporarily reconnect.

    This could also be a symptom of the head set jack failing as happened to me. Check the sticky post out for more info.
