    I have a few clients where I normally call and get the voicemail system.

    when I get the receptionist though, if I forget to cancel TakePhone's waiting to dial the extension, then the timer for that phone call is incorrect.

    Can this behavior be adjusted? can the timer start at the beginning of the call no matter when I let Takephone dial the extension (or not)

    Charge em anyways. My lawyer does. He charges me for 15 mins even if I talk to him for 2 mins. So I say charge em!
