Blue Nomad has a new backup solution that's in public beta, called BackupBuddy.net. I've been beta testing it for a while and can report that it's a great little application.

What it does is backup your important data files (address, calendar, etc.) to a server, over the network. It's always on, and detects any changes to your data. When it detects a change, it backs up to the Blue Nomad server. Data is encrypted so only you have access to it. My favorite feature is something they call Trickle Backup.

It's not my only backup solution, obviously, but it's really nice to know that I have a good backup of my most critical data on a remote site.

Take a look at the public beta at BackupBuddy.net

I havent surfed the site yet but will it allow backup of ANY program? Theres just some sensitive data that I would want to backup along with the usual suspects.
ONE can be spelled as NEO.
    There is no spoon.

The personal edition only backs up address and contact data, I believe. After they release the Personal edition, they will begin to work on a Professional edition that lets you select which data to backup from any program.

I started the private beta just before the original thread above was posted....with no usermanual, i haven't been inclined to play with it.

Same for me. I guess it's working. When I look at it I see that it backed up somewhere around 12:30am like I have it set to do. Since it's only the PIM stuff and I use the SD version of BackupBuddy, I don't look much.
