I am truly stumped and I could use a little help, PLEASE!

I just upgraded from a Samsung i500 to a Treo 650. I cannot get my ACT contacts/schedule onto the new device. As of the day before yesterday I would use ACTlink, which was fine, as I like to dial from the contact directory, which ACT for Palm does not allow.

Before flames are started I did a search in this forum, searched at ACT.com and palm.com. My Hotsync Manager is instructed that the desktop is to overwrite the ACT for Palm OS and I confirmed I'm syncing with the correct database.

My IT department is no good and Sprint Support is not helping.

Any advice? Thank you.
