When using Outlook as a PIM and deleting a contact, meeting or note from the Palm OS, we all get the checkbox/prompt "Save archive copy to PC?", right?

Well the other day I deleted a contact by mistake; how do I get it back if I "saved an archive copy"? Where does it go? In Outlook Archives, I see nothing on the contact?

Look for a folder called Handheld in Outlook. There should be archive records in there. If not then check this - create a dummy record sync then delete it and see if it goes into the deleted items folder in Outlook.

Pocket Mirror handles this a little better than the Palm conduits.

You might open the Palm desktop and then open the archive records for contacts and see if they are possibly saving it under the Palm desktop rather than in Outlook.
