    I was looking for the same thing awhile ago but didn't find anything.
    What I did was create a Microsoft Exel sheet with the items I service people with, and see what that particular person wants, and fill it in, and it automatically gives me a total...

    I also create custom Excel worksheets for this purpose.
    I can't think of a better/cheaper way to do this. This type of activity can be specific to your client's needs as well as your terms for the project/product and as such a spreadsheet editable by you can give you such flexibility.

    You can also check out AllTime or if you need something a lot more powerful that can integrate with traditional billing software you can check out Standard Time.
