But as long as we're on the topic, divx at 320x240 looks really great on the Treo, perfect really, and its only about 100 megs per hour with mp3 audio. FairUse is fine, but there is a little program called SimpleDivx that I've used as well that is probably a bit easier for a beginner to get going out of the box. It gives you less control over the encode in exchange for some simplicity.

    I use mencoder like so:

    mencoder.exe -vf scale=320:240 -oac mp3lame -lameopts mode=0:cbr:br=96 -af volnorm -srate 32000 -ovc xvid -xvidencopts bitrate=250 [inputfile] -o [outputfile].avi

I use AutoGK. It's intuitive, powerful and free. Me like.
I get the videos from my computer that records TV for me. Me like.

You can download the Celtic Druid version of FairUse 2.2 here. It has all of the features enabled and a few odd extras aswell. This is not an illegal cracked version, since FairUse is open source and Celtic Druid compiles his own versions of various software (as far as I know)
