You can Google the specs or find them on Palm's website, so I won't bother listing those out. I believe the calendar and contacts are global, so all users on the device will be able to access them, I haven't tried multiple users though, so it's just an educated guess. The documents and files will definitely be global to the device. The Treo can sync OTA using multiple protocols including TCP/IP and Bluetooth (whatever protocol that uses). All of the stuff you have listed for what the device needs to do exists out of the box. However, you may find that you will need a more versatile E-Mail client. Out of the box the Treo will support up to a 2GB SD card, but with a little modding it can support 4GB thanks to Shadowmite's efforts. The device can access more than two E-Mail accounts. The Treo has bluetooth out of the box. WiFi requires software modification, which Shadowmite has graciously done for us. Support for documents, etc. come with a 3rd party application. Plenty of storage if you have an SD card. You get access wherever you have service, I can't comment on the simplicity of it, I have a tendency to embelish on things that are supposed to be on the more technical side. OTA syncing takes a bit of tinkering, but no big deal. I don't do costs, I refuse to take away the only skill the marketing department has (no offense to those in marketing )...
