    Can anyone lend any insight... Whenever I attempt to open a word document using DTG, my 650 resets itself. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, as well as all the docs associated with it, and it continues to do the same thing. Please help, I'm at the end of my rope with this.

    Go to the DataViz site and get support doc #13568. This is caused most likely by a corrupted preferences file. The support doc tells you how to uninstall and reinstall and provides a special tool (which will delete the pref file). Worked for me.
