tried a search with no luck...

When I restore from backup (Backupman) and then try to sync with desktop, the Calendar sync freezes and won't do anything until I remove treo and reset it.

Is there a trick to this after you perform a restore of device?

Are there any better softwares out there to stop this from happening?

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks!

Not reading the sticky at the top of this forum?

Seriously, that should fix it right up, if it's just a "slow/locked" calendar sync as the problem.

There's a second issue that seems to be tied specifically to using Outlook 2003 some of us are experiencing.

Then the sticky thread's solution (using dbScan), should work.

you have corrupt calendar. You will need to delete the whole calendar database from the Treo using "filez". Before you do, make sure your calendar is backed up. You may have to manually enter in dates on desktop or bluetooth over the calendar database files to import into desktop.
